- Hands-on talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrable technical recruiting track record
- Proven active sourcing ability
- Pipeline building via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Solid understanding of science-based recruiting standards
- Fluent German (C1 level)
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Comfortable using ATS (Personio)
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Energised by building new processes
Tasks
- Manage full recruiting cycle for high-priority roles
- Recruit software and AI engineers
- Recruit sales and management profiles
- Report to CFO
- Collaborate with 3-person People & Culture team
- Handle 3-5 simultaneous recruitment processes
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct structured interview processes
- Develop case studies with hiring managers
- Maintain data hygiene in Personio
- Improve recruitment workflows
- Integrate AI tools in recruitment
- Advise hiring managers on market standards
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing
- Minimize unconscious bias in hiring
- Negotiate job offers
- Coordinate onboarding with P&C team

- 2 - 5 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
