Tasks

  • Run a full recruiting desk for 15 EP&D roles annually
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer
  • Coordinate in-house and contract recruiters across the portfolio
  • Track pipelines, manage workload, and maintain consistent quality
  • Co-create a reporting framework for funnel metrics, SLAs, and time-to-hire
  • Predict hiring slowdowns and surface risks early
  • Develop a predictive hiring model to balance speed and quality
  • Partner with senior leadership to align hiring with business priorities
  • Run regular hiring forums to ensure role prioritization
  • Design and launch an evergreen pipeline model for priority roles
  • Identify roles needing continuous pipeline nurturing
  • Select and embed effective sourcing channels into team routines
