Requirements

- Advantageous experience with remote support tools
- Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, cloud, Linux, Windows)
- Advantageous professional experience
- Strong implementation skills, assertiveness, initiative

Tasks

- Support installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution
- Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues
- Perform targeted follow-up on inquiries
- Analyze inquiries
- Document processes
- Prepare relevant reports
