Requirements
- University degree in business engineering with logistics/production focus
- Willingness and ability to cooperate
- Strong organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Strong decision-making and assertiveness
- Excellent English language command
- Very good ERP systems proficiency (SAP, proAlpha, BPCS or similar)
Tasks
- Manage supply chain processes at the plant
- Ensure high delivery reliability
- Comply with occupational safety, health, environmental, quality, and energy management requirements
- Monitor and control material inventories and flows
- Define and ensure smooth procurement, production planning, material flow, and shipping processes
- Post transactions into the local ERP system
- Lead the SCM team professionally and disciplinarily
- Motivate and develop employees
- Foster collaboration and communication within and across departments
- Ensure compliance with targets for occupational and environmental protection, delivery performance, on-time delivery, and quality
- Develop and optimize the KPI system
- Manage and optimize logistics processes
- Maintain effective inventory management
- Improve communication with suppliers, internal and external production units, service providers, and sales/customers
- Organize and participate in the local and central S&OP process
- Represent the plant in national and international working groups
- Prepare and update risk assessments and process descriptions for the IMS
- Assume entrepreneurial duties within the assigned area
