- Ensure correct ERP system postings
- Lead SCM team professionally
- Manage material procurement and storage
- Handle production planning and shipping
- Motivate and develop employees
- Foster inter-departmental collaboration
- Ensure compliance with targets
- Develop KPI system
- Optimize logistics processes
- Manage inventory effectively
- Improve supplier communication
- Coordinate with internal and external production units
- Communicate with service providers and sales
- Organize local S&OP process
- Participate in central S&OP process
- Represent plant in working groups
- Prepare risk assessments
- Update process descriptions
- Assume entrepreneurial duties
