Tasks
- Manage supply chain processes
- Plan and control production
- Ensure material availability
- Acquire production data
- Maintain delivery reliability
- Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Ensure quality and energy management
- Monitor and control material inventories
- Maintain stable production operations
- Define and ensure smooth procurement processes
- Post transactions in the ERP system
- Lead the SCM team
- Manage material procurement and storage
- Oversee production planning and shipping
- Motivate and develop employees
- Foster inter-departmental collaboration
- Ensure compliance with occupational and environmental targets
- Maintain on-time delivery
- Develop the KPI system
- Optimize logistics processes
- Manage inventory effectively
- Improve communication with suppliers and production units
- Coordinate with service providers and sales
- Organize local S&OP processes
- Participate in central S&OP processes
- Represent the plant in working groups
- Prepare risk assessments
- Update process descriptions
- Assume entrepreneurial duties
