Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- •Proven experience in S&OP demand, supply and inventory planning, or similar role within manufacturing
- •Strong ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
- •Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Experience with supply chain management software, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- •Understanding of market trends and financial impacts of supply chain operations
- •Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

- •Ensure optimal balance between demand and supply
- •Maintain optimized inventory levels
- •Identify and address supply risks
- •Collect data to generate a constrained supply plan
- •Establish and lead rough-cut capacity planning
- •Link capacity planning to the demand plan
- •Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans
- •Analyze output and coordinate with production
- •Provide inputs into the Global IBP cycle for supply risks
- •Identify capacity constraints through deep-dive analysis
- •Recommend short- and long-term solutions to remove bottlenecks
- •Collaborate with production teams to align supply with demand
- •Identify potential supply chain risks and disruptions
- •Contribute to the development of contingency plans
- •Determine impact of supply plan on inventory levels
- •Monitor and coordinate inventory optimization actions
- •Prevent shortages or excess inventory
- •Coordinate cross-functional inventory reduction activities
- •Conduct financial risk assessments related to inventory
- •Perform root cause analysis when necessary
- •Coordinate with Production Team and category management for outsourcing
- •Collaborate with EW vendors and Category Managers for capacity optimization
- •Generate reports on supply and demand data
- •Provide inputs into IBP cycle for supply risks and constraints
- •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency
