You will drive production efficiency by coordinating daily schedules and manufacturing campaigns. By bridging the gap between departments, you'll ensure seamless operations and maintain high GMP standards.

Requirements

• •Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Food Science
• •Proficiency in English
• •German language skills as a plus
• •Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical operations experience
• •Experience in GMP environments
• •Experience in biotech and sterile processes
• •Experience in production equipment handling
• •Ability to work in matrix environments
• •Willingness to travel occasionally
• •Availability for remote on-call duties

Tasks

• •Prepare daily and weekly production schedules
• •Verify equipment and material availability
• •Track batch progress in real time
• •Communicate priorities to production teams
• •Adjust schedules for deviations or delays
• •Coordinate manufacturing campaign setups
• •Define batch sequences and cleaning intervals
• •Allocate equipment to optimize efficiency
• •Escalate campaign risks to management
• •Confirm raw material availability with warehouse
• •Plan maintenance to avoid production interruptions
• •Facilitate communication between shifts
• •Update planning and tracking tools
• •Document plan changes under GMP standards
• •Prepare capacity and utilization reports
• •Improve scheduling and coordination routines
• •Participate in daily performance reviews
• •Troubleshoot planning-related downtime
