- Ensure end-to-end process and data integration
- Build and enable a Power User community
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions
- Analyze feedback to identify process improvements
- Lead cross-functional and regulatory projects
- Define business requirements and user stories
- Authorize and prioritize Requests for Change
- Manage business testing and user acceptance
- Develop and execute end-user training activities
