Tasks
- •Lead and manage the Inside Sales team
- •Coordinate daily sales activities and campaigns for the Southern region
- •Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
- •Prioritize quotations, orders, and customer inquiries
- •Monitor response times, backlogs, and sales results
- •Act as the first escalation point for operational issues
- •Coach team members to improve daily performance
- •Conduct monthly meetings focused on results and processes
- •Approve special pricing and commercial decisions
- •Ensure compliance with internal processes and pricing policies
- •Collaborate with field sales to support regional objectives
