- Support the CMO on strategic priorities
- Prepare materials for executive and board-level audiences
- Support strategic planning cycles
- Translate high-level goals into concrete action plans
- Partner with Legal to drive contracting processes
- Coordinate redlines and manage timelines
- Progress agreements to signature
- Connect the dots across teams
- Serve as the coordination layer between product, commercial, legal, and external partners
- Ensure alignment and unblock issues
- Keep initiatives on track
- Turn data into decisions through performance analysis
- Provide market insights
- Apply structured problem-solving
- Build playbooks for B2B2C operations
- Document and systematise processes
- Systematise partner onboarding
- Systematise product launch processes
- Systematise commercial reporting
