Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years profound work experience as Sales- and/or Key Account Manager in E-Commerce or Omni-Channel (textile or related fields)
  • Proven experience in leading small, agile (sales) teams
  • High degree of team spirit
  • Solution-oriented, precise working method and strong analytical skillset
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, desire for improving solutions, strategic mindset
  • Hands-on mentality with frequently changing tools and software
  • Ability to communicate on all levels, influence, and drive interdepartmental collaboration
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • Very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Perform annual marketing planning
  • Plan sales and revenue

  • Maximize sales potentials
  • Develop and advance a segmented product strategy
  • Develop and advance a future-oriented product build-up
  • Read and analyze relevant customer data
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive a cross-functional approach
