Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 7-10 years HR experience in strategic business partnering, talent management, organizational design, transformation
  • Complex problem-solving and independent work with limited supervision
  • Network development and operation in politically complex environments
  • Strong business acumen, understanding key business drivers and goals
  • Change management and organizational development experience, driving efficiency and performance
  • Excellent analytical, data-driven decision-making skills, HR metrics and insights
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, effective collaboration
  • Collaboration with senior leadership, fostering high performance and accountability
  • Fluency in English and German, additional languages a plus
