HR Business Partner Office DACH(m/w/x)
Providing strategic HR guidance to senior leaders at a global fashion company for the DACH region. 7-10 years strategic HR experience in politically complex environments required. Work from anywhere, meeting-free Fridays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
- 7-10 years HR experience in strategic business partnering, talent management, organizational design, transformation
- Complex problem-solving and independent work with limited supervision
- Network development and operation in politically complex environments
- Strong business acumen, understanding key business drivers and goals
- Change management and organizational development experience, driving efficiency and performance
- Excellent analytical, data-driven decision-making skills, HR metrics and insights
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, effective collaboration
- Collaboration with senior leadership, fostering high performance and accountability
- Fluency in English and German, additional languages a plus
Tasks
- Execute global HR strategies
- Support senior leaders across the region
- Adapt initiatives to local needs
- Provide strategic HR guidance
- Refine the HRBP model
- Deliver talent and people solutions
- Lead global people strategy implementation regionally
- Provide strategic insights using data and HR expertise
- Deliver organizational change initiatives
- Drive talent management programs
- Connect global HR strategy with regional execution
- Ensure alignment with overarching plans and initiatives
- Lead workforce planning initiatives
- Focus on talent development, succession, and retention
- Guide and facilitate leadership on organizational design
- Guide and facilitate leadership on organizational effectiveness
- Lead change initiatives
- Ensure smooth transitions during change
- Foster adaptability during change
- Collaborate with HR teams
- Refine HR processes, policies, and tools
- Drive regional talent development
- Manage regional succession planning
- Foster regional leadership growth
- Coach managers and their teams
- Drive leadership development and team effectiveness
