Requirements
- Minimum 5 years profound work experience as Sales- and/or Key Account Manager in E-Commerce or Omni-Channel (textile or related fields)
- Proven experience in leading small, agile (sales) teams
- High degree of team spirit
- Solution-oriented, precise working method and strong analytical skillset
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, desire for improving solutions, strategic mindset
- Hands-on mentality with frequently changing tools and software
- Ability to communicate on all levels, influence, and drive interdepartmental collaboration
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
- Very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Tasks
- Lead, develop, and motivate your cross-divisional sales team
- Empower individuality and inclusivity within the team
- Act as primary contact for a European PurePlayer
- Drive and streamline all related topics end-to-end
- Oversee strategic direction for a European Pure Player
- Create a holistic brand strategy
- Manage operational and strategic cooperation
- Conduct action and annual planning
- Control marketing activities
- Perform annual marketing planning
- Plan sales and revenue
- Achieve specified sales targets
- Maximize sales potentials
- Develop and advance a segmented product strategy
- Develop and advance a future-oriented product build-up
- Read and analyze relevant customer data
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive a cross-functional approach
- Drive cross-functional projects
