Requirements
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, business development, or partnership ecosystems
- 3+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships or similar client-facing role
- Experience with partner-led go-to-market models
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Structured and proactive approach to building processes
- Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Ideally Berlin-based or open to hybrid setup
Tasks
- Lead implementation projects with new partners
- Build and manage a high-impact partner network
- Create scalable partner playbooks and enablement materials
- Develop incentive models to enhance partner performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies
- Monitor partner performance and optimize collaboration
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
