Requirements
- Minimum BS/BA degree, preferably MA or MBA
- Strategic consulting background
- Over 5 years in the Pharma industry, ideally in a regional/global environment or major consultancy
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, and/or people leadership
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to communicate ideas and data verbally and in writing
- Highly autonomous, self-directed, and collaborative
- Proven ability to refine and improve organizational capabilities
- Analytical skills, AI, business development, change management, data analytics, finance, strategic planning
Tasks
- Provide high-level executive support to the IMA Head
- Assist in day-to-day responsibilities and coordination of activities
- Develop a clear understanding of IMA ambitions and priorities
- Ensure alignment among key stakeholders for seamless execution
- Collaborate with Finance partners to validate budget alignment
- Facilitate communication as an ambassador for the IMA Head
- Lead IMA leadership team meetings, including agenda and action planning
- Drive governance by moderating meetings and tracking deliverables
- Shape team priorities and align goal setting across teams
- Manage critical decision-making bodies effectively
- Prepare IMA content for internal and external meetings
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives
- Build and execute an internal communications plan aligned with IMA priorities
