Strategic Assistant, CLS(m/w/x)
High-level executive support for a senior leader, coordinating complex cross-organizational initiatives in the Pharma industry. Over 5 years in the Pharma industry required, strategic consulting background preferred. Direct influence on high-level patient care initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum BS/BA degree, preferably MA or MBA
- Strategic consulting background preferred
- Over 5 years in the Pharma industry, ideally in a regional/global environment or major consultancy
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, and/or people leadership is a plus
- Ability to influence without authority
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate ideas and data verbally and in writing persuasively
- Highly autonomous, self-directed, and collaborative

Tasks
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CLS Head
- Provide high-level executive support for complex problems and initiatives
- Assist the CLS Head with day-to-day responsibilities
- Ensure coordination of cross-organizational activities
- Develop a clear understanding of CLS ambitions and priorities
- Provide operational leadership as a member of the CLS leadership team
- Lead key initiatives and manage cross-functional projects
- Demonstrate collaborative leadership to align stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally to deliver strategic and operational plans
- Ensure budget alignment with Finance partners and CLS leaders
- Act as an ambassador for the CLS Head and leadership team
- Facilitate communication with other organization members
- Lead CLS leadership team meetings, including agenda and action planning
- Track deliverables and KPIs for the CLS team
- Drive governance by moderating meetings and taking minutes
- Shape team priorities and align goal setting across teams
- Manage critical decision-making bodies effectively
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and drive synergies
- Coordinate timely preparation of CLS content for meetings
- Support change management and culture initiatives
- Build and execute an internal communications plan aligned to CLS priorities
