- Success in achieving annual sales targets (B2B)
- Experience with large organisations, developing tailored sales solutions
- Track record of increasing contract value and growth
- Experience preparing and delivering proposals/presentations to senior stakeholders
- Strong experience in quotations, bids, and proposals
- Sound knowledge of pricing and margin management
- Knowledge of business assurance sector (advantageous)
- Experience in assurance, audit, compliance, inspection, or regulatory services (highly desirable)
Tasks
- Develop and secure new business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Lead strategic sales priorities and implementation plans
- Leverage framework agreements and service contracts
- Introduce new products and services to clients
- Support strategic bids and contribute to the bid process
- Act as local lead for colleagues’ accounts
- Collaborate with Global and local Strategic Account Managers
- Maximize pipeline opportunities and drive sales growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Expand networks of key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Ensure accurate forecasting and sales stages
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Service Delivery, and Support
- Lead or support commercial opportunities and bids
- Understand and address client challenges
- Position tailored LRQA solutions for clients
- Maintain strong market and sector knowledge
- Prepare accurate sales reports and performance summaries
