Requirements
- Expertise in automotive electronics applications
- Knowledge of automotive standards and reliability testing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in global environments
- Valid driver’s license and travel willingness
- STEM Degree (Preferred)
- Experience with adhesive and thermal technologies
- Basic legal and European chemical regulation knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
Tasks
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing strategic accounts
- Lead global growth strategies for automotive electronics
- Collaborate with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Deliver differentiated adhesive solutions for vehicle systems
- Achieve the company's commercial and financial goals
- Create short and long-term account plans
- Translate customer needs into actionable opportunities
- Represent the customer's voice to internal stakeholders
- Dedicate half of your time to new customer growth
