- •Build a deep understanding of customers’ business models
- •Identify opportunities for impact and innovation
- •Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops
- •Deliver executive presentations on Taktile’s value proposition
- •Ensure a consultative buying experience for customers
- •Collaborate with the Customer Success team for smooth handovers
- •Provide customer feedback to influence product and marketing strategies
