Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field
  • •7+ years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or researcher
  • •Deep expertise in energy markets and flexibility optimization
  • •Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and applied statistical methods
  • •Strong understanding of cloud development principles and core AWS components
  • •Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional analytical projects
  • •Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • •Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
  • •Hands-on knowledge of trading algorithms, optimization models, or market simulations
  • •Advanced data visualization capabilities (Grafana, Plotly, custom dashboards)
  • •Strong technical foundation in energy storage systems (especially BESS)
  • •Proven experience in creation of analytical platforms in collaboration with engineering teams
  • •Familiarity with software development best practices
