Sr. Director Supplier Management(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance
• 10+ years leadership in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Experience in global, complex manufacturing environments
• Track record of organizational and functional transformation leadership
• Change management attitude and experience
• Self-driven approach to consensus building and problem solving
• Ability to coach and influence in matrixed organizations
• Executive-level presentation and messaging skills
• Competence in Procurement and manufacturing systems and practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems and business intelligence applications
• Advanced Planning and Supplier Collaboration platform experience
• APICS CPIM, CSCP certification, or equivalent
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Tasks

• Design and implement a global procurement strategy
• Lead organizational design to maximize performance
• Recruit and develop a high-performing talent pipeline
• Manage tactical purchasing across global manufacturing and engineering sites
• Accelerate KPI performance for delivery, quality, and cost
• Publish performance dashboards and improvement plans
• Transform the legacy supply base into an optimized model
• Consolidate spend through regional and global sourcing strategies
• Evaluate and mitigate supply continuity risks
• Oversee category management and strategic sourcing
• Negotiate contracts to ensure optimized terms
• Implement VMI, Kanban, and consignment stock measures
• Improve supplier selection and launch readiness for NPI
• Collaborate on VAVE and annual cost-saving pipelines
• Define and improve supplier capacity and capability
• Support monthly SI&OP and supply planning initiatives
• Partner with center-led procurement on compliance and sustainability
• Develop strategies to reduce functional costs
• Lead technology and digital transformation initiatives
