Description

As a Senior Customer Data Analyst, you will focus on developing reliable tracking of customer metrics and optimizing product-led growth. Your insights will help anticipate churn, identify expansion opportunities, and refine pricing strategies, while enabling teams with intuitive dashboards and frameworks.

Requirements

• •5+ years of experience in customer or product analytics within B2B SaaS
• •Highly skilled in SQL and data manipulation
• •Experience with dbt, Looker, or similar analytics stacks
• •Fluency in ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, and usage tracking
• •Experience with scoring algorithms or churn forecasting
• •Understanding of modern data warehouses and ETL pipelines
• •Grasp of self-service and sales-enabled SaaS models
• •Enjoyment of testing hypotheses and measuring impact
• •Exposure to companies operating at scale across regions
• •Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning
