Tasks

  • •Build and improve data transformation pipelines

  • •Assist the marketing team in testing new channels and attribution models
  • •Work with the product team to develop event tracking systems
  • •Analyze customer behavior in the mobile app
  • •Develop metrics to measure support call efficiency with the operations team
  • •Investigate fraudulent customer behavior with the finance team
  • •Participate in Data Clinic shifts to assist colleagues with data-related queries
  • •Conduct training sessions and presentations to promote data culture
  • •Create documentation to educate staff about data usage
