- Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Financial management and P&L responsibility
- Ability to interpret sophisticated data
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Mandatory fluency in English
- Proficiency in C&EE languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%)
Tasks
- Develop a comprehensive regional business strategy
- Align portfolio goals with global objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive trends
- Exceed sales targets and profitability goals
- Monitor KPIs and analyze sales data
- Implement corrective actions for commercial performance
- Lead and mentor a high-performing regional team
- Manage recruitment and performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Engage with KOLs and healthcare organizations
- Pursue strategic partnerships to expand market reach
- Oversee product launches and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with global teams on product development
- Manage the regional budget and resource allocation
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and financial reports
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Uphold compliance with local and international regulations
