- Evaluate financial documents to accept or reject customers
- Clarify issues with customers and sales partners
- Decide on collateral requirements
- Investigate suspected fraud and money laundering cases
- Review and extend current commitments with credit reports
- Support the development of internal guidelines and risk management
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk Management departments
- Contribute to the establishment and development of departments
