- Adhere to responsible lending principles and global guidelines
- Provide clear loan approval terms and conditions
- Assess key risk factors through report analysis
- Follow up on corrective actions with KINTO units
- Conduct ad hoc risk reviews at KINTO units
- Collaborate with KINTO units to implement measures
- Advise KINTO units on credit process standardization
- Advise KINTO units on governance improvement
- Mentor CROs and credit analysts at KINTO units
- Coach CROs and credit analysts at KINTO units
