Requirements
- •Masters degree and 3 years experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years experience, or Associate's degree and 7 years experience, or 10 years relevant work experience
- •Valid US Passport
- •TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
- •Experience facilitating conferences, meetings, and working groups
- •Experience managing and safeguarding information
- •More than five years as a SSR Administrator
- •More than five years of operations-intelligence or security assessment support and analysis experience within the DoD or IC
- •More than five years of military experience or a combination of military and IC Agency experience
- •TS/SCI security clearance

- •Provide expert security advice on complex projects
- •Support the Special Security Officer in developing SCI policies
- •Oversee construction and modification of SCIFs
- •Prepare Fixed Facility Checklists
- •Conduct and track indoctrinations, travel briefings, and debriefings
- •Issue courier cards
- •Prepare, submit, and track SCI nominations
- •Conduct random and self-inspections
- •Manage visitor control and process visitor clearances
- •Maintain SCI visitor control databases
- •Implement security policies and procedures
- •Evaluate and operate safeguarding methods for sensitive information
- •Develop policies for analyzing employee backgrounds
- •Determine classification authority and review access control plans
- •Conduct surveys of facilities for eligibility to handle classified information
- •Orient contractors to the security program
- •Develop security plans for access control and clearance records
- •Conduct security inspections and site visits
- •Assist in developing local security guidelines
- •Track official and nonofficial security taskers
- •Assist with accounting of access cards and badges
- •Screen and verify employee access authorizations
- •Verify badging station data before creating security badges
- •Conduct checks on issued badges for recovery and expiration
- •Brief incoming personnel on security badge responsibilities
- •Perform random security checks at facility entrances
- •Monitor badging and control stations for errors
- •Maintain logs of approved visitors
- •Provide technical guidance for physical security and access control
- •Assist in developing physical security standards
- •Conduct physical security vulnerability assessments
- •Coordinate with access control providers to resolve issues
- •Assist in the SCIF accreditation process
- •Brief assessments and represent the organization in technical discussions
- •Serve as a liaison with government personnel and subcontractors
