Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in space force enhancement or space control
  • •7+ years of experience with Global Positioning System and systems, Position Navigation and Timing, Missile Warning, Command and Control, and satellite communications
  • •Experience with developing, writing, articulating, and briefing multi-national command and control plans and defense designs
  • •Knowledge of space force application and space support
  • •Knowledge of space policy and operational planning
  • •TS/SCI clearance
  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •Experience with organizational change to assist and develop plans
  • •Experience in a joint and allied environment
  • •Experience with preparing and organizing point papers and briefings
  • •Knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning Process and Adaptive Planning and Execution System or Joint Operations Planning and Execution System
  • •Master's degree
  • •Eligibility for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance required
  • •On-camera presence during interviews and assessments

  • •Coordinate with Headquarters Air Force and Combatant Commands
  • •Advise on operational and strategic recommendations for Space Control
  • •Analyze development plans and policies
  • •Generate innovative concepts for space initiatives
  • •Provide technical expertise on theater space employment
  • •Support C-MAJCOM operational and tactical objectives
  • •Participate in planning and execution of USEUCOM exercises
  • •Enhance space capability integration and combat readiness
  • •Prepare and present multi-national command and control plans
  • •Organize point papers and background documents for senior leaders
  • •Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP)
