Requirements

  • •Willingness to undergo governmental security clearance
  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field
  • •Professional experience in Cloud Delivery related fields and technologies
  • •In-depth knowledge of hyperscalers (AWS preferred)
  • •Very good understanding and implementation experience of Terraform
  • •In-depth experience in technologies for deploying and managing Cloud-native applications
  • •Experience with Container Orchestration tools (Gardener, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • •Experience with Helm charts
  • •Experience with Repository management (Artifactory, JFrog)
  • •Experience with Service management tools (Consul, Zookeeper)
  • •Experience with Deployment automation tools (Ansible, Chef)
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
  • •Experience with Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch)
  • •Experience with Logging tools (Splunk, Elasticsearch, Logstash)
  • •Experience with Cloud Networking tools (AWS VPCs, VNet, Google VPC)
  • •Experience with API Management tools (Apigee)
  • •Familiarity with GitLab and/or GitHub
  • •Scripting background (PowerShell, Python)
  • •Knowledge of security best practices (hardened containers and images)
  • •Experience with Security tools (Hashicorp Vault, GitHub Secrets)
  • •Database knowledge (SAP HANA)
  • •Experience with HCM system environment setup
  • •Familiarity with Cloud Foundry
  • •Prior exposure to OpenStack deployment or CLI tools
  • •Excellent methodological and conceptual skills
  • •Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English
  • •7+ years of professional experience in Cloud Delivery related fields and technologies
  • •4+ years of experience in cloud operations
  • •Development experience in at least one programming language
  • •Professional experience in software engineering role

Tasks

  • •Build automation deployment for SAP SuccessFactors (HCM)
  • •Deliver applications to SAP Sovereign Cloud customers
  • •Ensure functional completeness and streamlined deployments
  • •Collaborate with technical product managers and engineers
  • •Solve challenges related to scale and security
  • •Serve as subject matter expert for Sovereign Cloud HCM setup
  • •Conduct complexity analysis and stakeholder management
  • •Engage with regional Operations, Security, and QA teams
  • •Drive end-to-end deployment of product capabilities
  • •Define implementation concepts and perform assessments
  • •Harden environments for automated customer adoption
