- Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions on AWS, Azure & GCP
- Implement security requirements across all Cloud platforms
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties and flexibility to work in shifts
- Commitment to maintaining daily office presence for efficient team collaboration
- Willingness to subject to governmental security clearance process
Tasks
- Operate and maintain complex Hyperscaler/SAP Cloud Infrastructure networks
- Track significant problems and monitor network performance
- Perform upgrades as required
- Engage with customers in network architecture discussions
- Meet customer security requirements
- Improve network concepts based on customer feedback
- Respond to and resolve escalated customer requests promptly
- Participate in deep level incident troubleshooting
- Prepare and execute complex changes
- Perform hardware installations and troubleshooting
