- •Living in the nexus between business, sales, and technology
- •Basic knowledge of at least one programming language
- •Proven track record of managing complex projects
- •Previous expertise as a Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer or go-to person for technical questions
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Provide technical product expertise
- •Respond to RFIs and RFPs
- •Design and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- •Map customer processes and tools
- •Connect Aircall with existing customer systems
- •Set up POCs with clients
- •Offer technical and network expertise during pre-sales activities
- •Champion the product roadmap internally and externally
- •Build internal documentation for workflows
- •Empower teams with technical expertise
- •Collaborate with third-party partners and resellers
- •Enable technical complex implementations
- •Contribute to the developer platform with materials and solutions
