- •Assist customers with basic configuration during ad-hoc calls

- •Conduct targeted outreach to ensure customer progress
- •Serve as a technical guide for Account Managers
- •Explain workflows and product configurations clearly
- •Coordinate customer escalations with Support and Product teams
- •Maintain consistent updates and aligned expectations during issues
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding
- •Share insights to improve onboarding content and resources
