Tasks

  • Deliver onboarding webinars for SMB/Core customers
  • Assist customers with basic configuration during ad-hoc calls
  • Provide best-practice guidance for early setup blockers
  • Monitor customer portfolio health and usage signals weekly
  • Conduct targeted outreach to ensure customer progress
  • Serve as a technical guide for Account Managers
  • Explain workflows and product configurations clearly
  • Coordinate customer escalations with Support and Product teams
  • Maintain consistent updates and aligned expectations during issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding
  • Share insights to improve onboarding content and resources
