Solutions Consultant - Insurance Risk(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the sales process by translating complex insurance risk challenges into technical solutions, ensuring the company's platform adds maximum value to major clients across the DACH region.

Requirements

• •Knowledge of EIOPA Guidelines
• •Knowledge of EU-wide stress tests
• •RIMS-CRMP preparation and ERM knowledge
• •Knowledge of SII, SCR, ORSA, ALM
• •Sustainable Value and asset valuation knowledge
• •German DAV membership or knowledge
• •German GAAP and regulatory reporting knowledge
• •Knowledge of securities and financial markets
• •Understanding of DACH-region financial instruments
• •Knowledge of DACH-region specific processes
• •Understanding of industry reporting and accounting
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Dynamic problem-solving skills and curiosity
• •Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Experience in risk controlling or middle office
• •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• •4+ years' relevant professional experience

Tasks

• •Analyze prospective clients' infrastructure and business requirements
• •Identify operational pain points and propose technical solutions
• •Develop a deep understanding of the company's product
• •Manage and delegate tasks for prospect RFPs
• •Communicate the core value proposition through demonstrations
• •Apply domain expertise to solve complex insurance risk problems
• •Conduct critical research to prepare for sales visits
• •Provide product and market feedback to internal teams
• •Coordinate resources across the company to support sales
• •Create formal documentation and sales resources for the DACH market
