Requirements

  • Several years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Proven people management experience
  • Deep industry expertise in Public & Energy or Discrete Manufacturing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive revenue
  • Strong hands-on solution demonstration capabilities
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Broad understanding of BPM, Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within Germany
  • Individual contributor sales background with track record of closing large deals
  • Experience with SAP RISE and ERP solutions
  • Proven success managing large transformational transactions
  • Strong diplomatic and team-building skills

Tasks

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Sales Executives
  • Coach team members and identify development opportunities
  • Manage the sales pipeline using MEDDIC methodology
  • Ensure forecast accuracy for large and volume deals
  • Foster an entrepreneurial mindset within the team
  • Identify standalone opportunities beyond traditional account plans
  • Take ownership of the entire sales funnel
  • Build and leverage industry knowledge and networks
  • Champion the complete SAP BTM value proposition
  • Establish strong customer relationships at the C-level
  • Participate in solution demonstrations and customer engagements
  • Build networks within SAP, especially with Industry Account Executives
  • Facilitate the BTM partner ecosystem within your industry
