Requirements

  • 7+ years professional sales experience
  • Relationships in procurement and finance communities advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder SaaS cycles
  • Understanding of solution sales and account planning
  • Deep SAP expertise and understanding of AI
  • Quantified ROI storytelling and business case creation
  • Strategic thinking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in matrixed environments
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English

Tasks

  • Expand market share for Finance, Spend, and Cloud ERP solutions
  • Build and execute a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Align account strategies with customer business objectives
  • Provide solution domain expertise and thought leadership
  • Map end-to-end processes and customer value journeys
  • Own the transformation roadmap for the Line of Business
  • Support solution advisors with demo system readiness
  • Manage enablement programs and updated assets
  • Provide customized demos, POCs, and prototypes
  • Articulate ROI and competitive advantages with value advisors
  • Conduct strategic discovery and value leakage workshops
  • Deliver persuasive pitches to accelerate executive buy-in
  • Drive demand independently of RFPs
  • Navigate complex pricing and contractual negotiations
  • Balance client expectations with organizational profitability
  • Support Customer Success Management communities and secure references
  • Manage escalations and monitor solution delivery outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement to maximize customer value
  • Own deal cycles, renewals, and executive engagement
  • Prioritize customer investments to drive measurable outcomes
  • Foster long-term C-suite relationships and brand advocacy
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Co-innovate joint go-to-market strategies with strategic consulting partners
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with partner account leads
  • Integrate sales impact into the go-to-market engine
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge across SAP solutions
  • Monitor emerging technologies and competitive trends
