Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable field
  • Experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise SaaS
  • Skills in cloud architectures, APIs, and system integrations
  • Ability to navigate complex ERP and DMS environments
  • Translation of technical complexity into structured concepts
  • Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in German and English with communication skills

Tasks

  • Design scalable, future-proof solution architectures
  • Integrate ClearOps into OEM and dealer IT landscapes
  • Analyze customer IT and service landscapes
  • Identify integration points and system dependencies
  • Identify optimization opportunities within customer environments
  • Translate complex requirements into structured solution concepts
  • Develop implementable integration strategies
  • Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical evaluations
  • Develop integration approaches using APIs and data models
  • Design cloud-based architectures
  • Support technical components of RFIs and RFPs
  • Contribute to proposal and documentation development
  • Advise CIOs, IT Leads, and Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Build technical credibility with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Partner with Customer Success for long-term adoption
  • Ensure solution feasibility and scalability
  • Contribute to architectural standards and best practices
  • Develop reusable solution frameworks
  • Support internal technical enablement
