Requirements
- •Bachelor's or master's degree; MBA or related post-Bachelor qualification
- •Proven experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Services or Solution/Product Management
- •Several years of overall Supply Chain Management experience
- •Deep demonstrated program and project management experience
- •Expert-level or operational experience managing complex customer engagements
- •Excellent Customer Engagement experience, incl. territory plan development
- •Very good Line of Business experience across Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing
- •Fluent German and English language skills

Tasks
- •Define go-to-market and engagement strategies for your customer base
- •Manage the renewal cycle with a focus on churn mitigation
- •Ensure visibility to renewal data in collaboration with the CSM Manager
- •Manage upsell opportunities and set realistic stretch targets
- •Establish an adoption plan to enhance customer satisfaction
- •Increase solution consumption to drive ACV growth
- •Engage as a trusted advisor to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- •Conduct business reviews and quarterly reviews with management
- •Identify critical customer accounts and ensure proper oversight
- •Collaborate with Product Marketing for audience engagement sessions
- •Set stretch targets for customer references and support CSMs in identifying references
- •Work with peers in other Solution Areas to develop coverage strategies
