- Tailor presentations for experts and C-level executives
- Generate cloud software opportunities through proactive positioning
- Qualify customer situations and develop solution proposals
- Create compelling value argumentations for customers
- Support account teams with presentations and events
- Contribute to account strategy and competitive differentiation
- Identify new opportunities within Operate & Service
- Process RFPs and plan complex Proofs of Concept
- Execute PoCs for EAM and APM scenarios
- Act as a thought leader within account teams
- Coordinate and plan tasks across the sales cycle
- Transition engagements to consulting or implementation partners
- Engage customers post-sale to ensure renewal
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events
- Leverage digital assets for customer engagement
