- •Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
- •Develop automation for intelligence data ingestion
- •Maintain data quality assurance and delivery processes
- •Establish continuous quality assessments for intelligence feeds
- •Coordinate with third-party intelligence vendors
- •Develop metrics to measure solution success
- •Identify areas for product improvement
- •Support product and support teams as a classification expert
- •Implement customer feedback into the classification stack
- •Establish coherent content assessment across product portfolios
- •Identify external feeds to enrich security data sets
- •Develop customer-specific categorization schemes
- •Work with engineering on portfolio-wide implementations
