Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development
  • •At least 1 year in generative AI or agent systems projects
  • •Solid knowledge of Python
  • •Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and RAG concepts
  • •Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
  • •Familiarity with vector databases and prompt engineering
  • •Expertise in API integration (REST, OAuth2)
  • •Expertise in security (RBAC, managed identities)
  • •Expertise in DevOps/MLOps practices
  • •Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • •Enjoyment of teamwork and innovation
  • •Good German and English skills

Work Experience

2 - 5 years

Tasks

  • •Design and implement two-tier agent systems
  • •Develop complex RAG workflows and orchestration using LangChain/LangGraph
  • •Integrate company data via Azure AI Search
  • •Implement reflection and planning patterns for agent learning
  • •Install guardrails for responsible AI compliance
  • •Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and software engineers
  • •Monitor trends in multi-agent orchestration and test new frameworks
