Description

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and customer success by engaging with clients to understand their needs and leading the integration process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing impactful solutions and conducting product demonstrations that align with customer requirements.

Requirements

• •1+ years in software development, managing integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or ad tech
• •Strong experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth), and data formats (JSON, XML)
• •Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• •Demonstrated success working with enterprise clients
• •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
• •Clear sense of ownership leading solutions from pre-sales design through implementation
• •Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top school
• •Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms

• •Engage with sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements

• •Manage the entire integration process from start to finish
