Requirements
- University degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, including 3+ years in ATL, Campaign Management, or Digital Marketing
- Strong digital-first campaign strategy and social media ecosystem management
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, digital trends, and customer engagement
- Experience in campaign performance analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Strong understanding of content production workflows, asset management, and multi-market localization
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and agency steering skills
- Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and storytelling capabilities
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with ownership mentality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
Tasks
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Work with the sales team
- Drive marketing initiatives for product or brand awareness
- Ensure product meets market needs
- Shape future product direction with data and research
- Articulate product and feature benefits
- Translate benefits into customer messaging
- Give product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars
- Deliver presentations
- Create marketing collateral
- Support product market launch
- Drive product adoption
- Equip sales team with knowledge and tools
- Define and implement pan-European digital content strategies
- Develop and steer digital-first campaigns
- Manage content production, localization, and deployment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns
- Improve campaign performance using analytics
- Explore and scale new content channels and formats
- Optimize content management systems and distribution processes
- Monitor digital maturity KPIs
- Develop and distribute social media guidelines
- Support markets and agency partners on digital communication
- Drive community management excellence
- Support growth and engagement of digital communities
