Requirements
- University degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 8 years professional experience, including 3-5 years in ATL or Campaign Management
- Strong pan-European 360° campaign planning and execution
- Solid understanding of digital-first marketing and programmatic advertising
- Experience managing campaign production across multiple channels
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with agencies, production partners, and multi-market environments
- Analytical mindset with campaign reporting and performance tracking experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills with structured, proactive working style
- Creative thinker with strong sense for integrated marketing and brand consistency
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
Tasks
- Define market position for products or brands
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Work with the sales team to support product awareness
- Drive marketing initiatives to boost brand and product sales
- Ensure products meet market needs using data and research
- Translate product benefits into customer messaging
- Give product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars
- Deliver presentations and create marketing collateral
- Support product market launch and adoption
- Equip sales team with knowledge and tools
- Lead pan-European 360° campaign planning and execution
- Develop and manage campaign assets across channels
- Create integrated campaign concepts with digital-first mindset
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for aligned communication
- Coordinate and lead production shoots and campaign localization
- Manage campaign budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation
- Brief creative agencies for innovative and impactful campaigns
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across channels
- Align with Global HQ on campaign deployment and priorities
- Develop campaign ad-kits and support localization
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support management presentations and cross-functional communication
