Senior Marketing Activation Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements
- BA or MA degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management or related field
- Several years of FMCG marketing, trade marketing, brand activation or commercial marketing experience
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Strong understanding of retail, shopper marketing and omnichannel activation
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Drive local brand activations and campaigns
- Implement global strategies in retail and digital channels
- Lead and develop the local Marketing Activation team
- Launch new products with Sales and international teams
- Create engaging shopper and in-store experiences
- Build strong partnerships with retail customers
- Manage local media, influencer, and activation initiatives
- Convert market and consumer insights into growth opportunities
- Own local marketing budgets and performance tracking
- Ensure strong and consistent brand execution
