Marketing Performance Analyst(m/w/x)

Requirements
- 5+ years marketing analytics, media analytics, or data analysis experience
- Automotive industry experience, ideally OEM
- Strong full-funnel marketing understanding
- Proven multi-market or international experience
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, data modelling
- Hands-on BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Marketing data sources experience (ad platforms, GA4/Adobe Analytics, CRM, CDP)
- Strong marketing KPIs and performance measurement understanding
- Marketing/media mix modelling experience is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/advanced analytics in marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, manages multiple priorities
- Proactive, solution-oriented team player, stakeholder management
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
- Entry-Level experience
Tasks
- Lead integrated analytics and reporting
- Enable smarter investment decisions
- Ensure measurable business impact
- Act as key interface between Marketing, CRM, Sales, and IT
- Define, track, and monitor marketing KPIs
- Deliver integrated performance reporting
- Generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns
- Ensure high data quality
- Maintain consistent tracking
- Standardize reporting across European markets
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Create compelling stories for senior stakeholders
- Build and align processes between HQ and markets
- Improve transparency, efficiency, and performance
- Coordinate reporting and analytics with Global HQ
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across the full funnel
- Analyze customer journeys, conversion, and channel effectiveness
- Collaborate with Marketing, Media, CRM, Sales, and IT teams
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Drive development of data infrastructure
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions
- Act as bridge between business and technical teams
- Support data and digital transformation initiatives
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Continuously improve marketing effectiveness
