Requirements

  • Understanding of e-retailer requirements and mechanics
  • Proactive drive of new topics
  • Performance marketing experience
  • Retail Media focus (paid retailer search)
  • Paid social advertising experience (TikTok, Meta)
  • Hands-on retargeting setup experience
  • Co-funded search and social activation experience
  • DSP-based video and display advertising experience
  • Expertise in reporting and KPI frameworks
  • Experience managing and steering external agencies
  • Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Practical experience with DAM systems
  • Practical experience with PIM systems
  • Practical experience with common shop systems (ideally Shopify)
  • Affiliate marketing experience with scalable creator networks
  • Familiarity with influencer and creator tools (e.g. Traackr)
  • Results- and performance-oriented mindset

Tasks

  • Drive consideration and conversion for Consumer Beauty brands
  • Develop and execute Retail Media campaigns in DACH region
  • Coordinate with global and local stakeholders
  • Set up and develop TikTok Shops for Manhattan and Scenting
  • Manage product listings and commercial initiatives
  • Develop and enhance TikTok Shop affiliate marketing strategy
  • Monitor and report on Retail Media and TikTok Shop performance
  • Collaborate with Retail Media partners and affiliate agencies
  • Work closely with internal expert teams
  • Monitor market and platform trends
  • Identify innovation potential and performance levers
  • Develop and implement best practices and playbooks
  • Plan, control, and monitor agency and project budgets
  • Prepare results, insights, and actionable recommendations
