- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (preferred)
- Experience in ISO 9001 (desired)
- Authorization to work in host country
- Eligibility to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
- Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university
- 6 years of management experience in related type programs
- 10 years management experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Physically capable of performing all required duties
- Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs
Tasks
- Manage operational, administrative, and life support functions
- Direct site-specific program goals and report achievements
- Oversee operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with PWS and ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Meet contract requirements and PWS standards
- Provide sufficient resources for PWS compliance
- Adhere to Host Nation laws, US Government directives, and company policies
- Supervise all contract activities
- Represent the program in contract-related matters
- Attend Program Management Review conferences
- Brief senior officials on site activities and issues
- Handle personnel, finance, training, and support services
- Manage vehicle and fuel maintenance
- Oversee supply and inventory management
- Coordinate freight traffic management
- Supervise equipment major repair and maintenance
- Maintain facilities
- Plan and coordinate detailed planning efforts
- Measure and analyze progress
- Ensure contract performance and quality standards
- Lead and manage quality teams
- Respond to changing requirements and contingencies
- Enhance personnel welfare and contract optimization
- Keep stakeholders informed on operations and maintenance
- Review and update safety plans and policies
- Participate in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure employee safety training and education
- Provide leadership for safety and health programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Complete training requirements and self-aid responsibilities
- Participate in emergency response tasks
- Serve on safety committees and teams
- Conform to AMENTUM Quality Policy
- Carry out job activities in compliance with Quality System documents
- Read and understand Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction responsibilities
- Implement operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
