- Working knowledge of DPAS and USAF mandatory vehicle reporting tools
- Valid home country driver’s license
- Ability to obtain host nation driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Four years' supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years specialized experience
- Associate's degree plus 7 years specialized experience
- Major certification plus 7 years specialized experience
- 11 years of recent specialized experience
- Eligibility for US Secret Security Clearance
- Completed training in Vehicle Maintenance or related field
- 5 years' experience as vehicle maintenance manager
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Physically capable of performing duties
- Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum 50 lbs
Tasks
- Coordinate with customers on vehicle management
- Maintain accountability for all program vehicle assets
- Ensure compliance with PWS and ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Determine staffing levels and set program reconstitution goals
- Review and submit PWS deliverables to the customer
- Channel inputs to PMO for contract planning and execution
- Ensure activities meet customer and company standards
- Review and validate LTI reports and depot repair requirements
- Identify and coordinate specialized training requirements
- Ensure sufficient staffing for asset management tasks
- Manage MDR, TCTO, and Service Bulletin programs
- Provide inputs for semi-annual PSR and PMR briefings
- Communicate new directives and procedure changes
- Monitor deployment activities for PWS compliance
- Create and revise vehicle SOPs and training plans
- Develop and analyze metrics for process improvements
- Coordinate with Quality Control Inspectors
- Provide required management reports
- Perform other assigned duties
