- Conduct migrations
- Process physical shares
- Reconcile trades and address security breaks
- Investigate transfer-related issues and reconciliation breaks
- Provide front-office and customer care support
- Maintain daily contact and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
- Use SWIFT messages MT54* daily
- Utilize Telekurs, GTMatch, GTExchange, Keylink, and internal tools
